Every transaction and account interaction is encrypted and stored securely. We never share or sell what you or your attendees give us. Trust and transparency are the point, not a feature.

Privacy has been part of TixFix since day one, not something bolted on once the product shipped.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Transactions and account data are encrypted with AES-256 and stored on AWS infrastructure.
Only what the event needs
We collect what it takes to sell a ticket and get you through the door, and nothing beyond that.
Card details never touch us
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go straight to them and are never stored by TixFix.
Never sold, never rented
We do not sell your information or hand it to marketers. It is used to run your events, full stop.
