When do I get paid?
On the payout schedule set on your Stripe account. Stripe holds the first payment briefly on new accounts, then settles on a rolling basis.
What does it cost to list a free event?
Nothing. Free events are free to list, with no cap on how many you run.
Do I need a card reader?
No. Check-in runs on the phone you already have, and works offline.
What does a ticket actually cost me?
A 2% + 49¢ service fee per ticket, plus 2.9% + 30¢ processing per order. You can pass both to attendees at checkout.
Who handles the payments?
Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe, which TixFix never stores them on.
